Eligibility criteria
Only local manufacturer who have industrial license of producing uPVC materials will be allowed to bid this tender. Updated ISO standardization certificate of the Manufacturer must be submitted with the offer. Manufacturer must have industrial Project registration license issued by the Board of investment Government of Bangladesh. Five years over all Manufacturer experience certificate of those particular/respective materials enclosed with the offer. The satisfactory completion of similar nature of goods (Supply of 200 mm uPVC Pipe & Fittings) with a minimum of Tk. 170.00 (One Hundred Seventy) Lakh only under a single contract in the last 05 (five) years. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk.160.00 One Hundred Sixty) Lakh at least in a single day not before 14-09-2026.
