Eligibility criteria

a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years. b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 60 ( Sixty ) Lakh c) Tenderer must submit up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, up to date Trade License , up to date abc EM license. d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 50 ( Fifty) Lakh over the last 03 (Three) years... e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 90 ( Ninety ) lakh f)The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk 70 ( Seventy ) lakh.
