Eligibility criteria

1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 03 ( Three) years. 2.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 2.0 ( Two ) Crore . 3.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 01 ( One ) Crore 4.The minimum tender capacity shall be: Tk 3 ( Three ) Crore . 5. Tenderer must submit up to date Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, up to date Trade License , up to date ABC EM license. 6 .The Tenderer must have minimum experience of Construction of Gas Distribution/Transmission pipeline) in a single project as Prime Contractor . 7.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2 ( Two) Crore o…
