01.Update (a) NID card, (b) Trade License, (c) Income Tax Certificate, (d) VAT Registration Certificate, (e) Copy of affidavit of ownership of the organization 02. All cleaning materials supplied must be eco-friendly, of high quality, and approved by government health and safety agencies. 03. The product must not contain any chemical substances that are banned or excessively harmful to human skin or the respiratory system. 04. The supplier must bear all transportation costs for delivering the goods to the specified destination or office. 05. For liquid cleaning agents, floor cleaners, or liquid soaps, the product must have a remaining shelf life of at least 1 to 2 years from the date of delivery. No expired products will be accepted. 06.The price specified in the agreement shall be considered final. No additional price may be claimed on the grounds of fluctuations in market rates. 07.
