01.Update (a) NID card, (b) Trade License, (c) Income Tax Certificate, (d) VAT Registration Certificate, (e) Copy of affidavit of ownership of the organization 02. The designated bidder shall not transfer or lease the task of procuring internet/fax/telex equipment to any other person or organization. 03. The bidder must demonstrate experience in successfully supplying at least one or two similar items (IT/telecom equipment) to any government or autonomous institution within the last 3 to 5 years. 04. Just prior to the submission of the tender, the organization is required to present a bank certificate or proof of available funds—either in cash or as a credit line—amounting to at least 50% to 70% of the total tender value. 05.
