Eligibility criteria

1. Eligible e-GP Tenderers fulfilling the requirements of STD, TDS and PPR-2025, with valid Trade License, TIN and required documents, may participate. 2. Only Work/Payment Certificates issued or authenticated by the concerned Procuring Entity (PE) shall be considered for turnover calculation. 3. Payment, including R/A Bills, shall be subject to availability of budget allocation and release of funds. No additional claim or interest for payment delay shall be entertained as per Contract provisions. 4. The Contractor shall maintain required work progress as per the approved work programme and Contract. 5. The latest applicable BWDB Technical Specifications, Particular Specifications and relevant guidelines shall govern the Works. 6. Design/drawings may be revised, if required, and BOQ quantities may increase or decrease as per Contract provisions. 7.
