Valid and updated Trade License. Updated Income Tax Return/Clearance Certificate and e-TIN Certificate. Valid and updated VAT/BIN Registration Certificate. Latest Bank Solvency Certificate and relevant Bank Statement. Company/Business Ownership Certificate and NID of the Proprietor/Authorized Person. Minimum 03 (three) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services. The minimum specific experience of the Tenderer as a Supplier/Service Provider shall be successful completion of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature within the period specified in the TDS, with a value of at least Tk. 1,000,000 (Taka Ten Lakh only) The Tenderer shall have adequate financial capability, liquid assets/credit facilities as specified in the TDS.
