Eligibility criteria
1) Valid Trade License Certificate (2026-2027). 2) Acknowledgement receipt/Certificate of return of TAX Year 2025-2026. 3) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN 13 digit). 4) Joint venture, Consortium Association (JVCA) is not eligible. 5) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years. 6) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in civil construction works or road works of at least single contract of Tk. 7 lac successfully completed under government/semi government/autonomous body within the last 5 years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP. 7) The minimum amount of liquid assets shall be at least 5 lakh taka. This certificate must be issued after publication of IFT in the e-GP. 8) Others qualification criteria stated in TDS.
