Eligibility criteria

1. National tenderers must submit an updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate/ Business Identification Number and TIN certificate. Foreign tenderers must submit Trade license or Certificate of incorporation (as applicable) as per ITT clause 20.1 (h) and 20.1(m), 2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services. General experience shall be substantiated by years of Tenderer’s registration/constitution/ licensing in its country of origin as per ITT clause 27.1(b); the years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. 3. The tenderer shall have the specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Similar Goods (Equipment/Spare parts/Consumables) to any Government-owned organization or any Power Utility of at least 01 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a minimum value of USD 50,000.00 (US Dollar Fifty Thousand Only) or…
