Only Enlisted Tenderers of PWD having (i) Upto-date trade license, NID (ii) Upto date TIN, VAT Registration Certificate with up-to-date valid Income tax clearance certificate from NBR. (iii) Liquid Asset or Credit Facilities Certificate valid up to 28 days before tender opening (iv) Valid ABC category Electrical License and supervisory License from the Electrical Licensing Board. (v) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 8.00 lac. [Only Letter of credit Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (Form e-PW2A-8)] issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender is allowed].
