Eligibility criteria

Eligibility of Tenderer: (i) Upto-date trade license, NID (ii) Upto date TIN, VAT Registration Certificate with up-to-date valid Income tax clearance certificate from NBR. (iv) Valid ABC category Electrical License and supervisory License from the Electrical Licensing Board. (v) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 2.00 lac. [Only Letter of credit Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2 A-8)] issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender is allowed]. Submission of a Tender Bank Solvency Certificate or Bank Statement Will not be entertained. (vi) The general experince of the contractor shal be (5) Five years. (vii) The especfic experiance of the contractor shal be (1.80 Lakh) (viii) Avarage annual conetruction turnover during last 5 (Five) years (2.40 Lakh)
