About Goods BOQ AutoFill

Bidorix Goods BOQ AutoFill - Bidder is a Chrome extension for bidders completing the supported Bangladesh e-GP Goods Price Schedule form, titled "Price of Goods (Including Spare Parts, if any) and Delivery Schedule."

It captures six Procuring Entity reference fields from every existing BOQ row, exports them to Excel, and later AutoFills two supported bidder fields after the completed workbook passes validation and record matching.

Important responsibility boundary

The extension never creates, deletes, reorders, or duplicates BOQ rows. It never edits PE reference requirements and never clicks Save, Sign, Encrypt, or Submit.

PREPARATION

Before You Start

  • Use Chrome 120 or newer and install the latest extension version.
  • Sign in to the official live or training Bangladesh e-GP environment.
  • Open the correct tender and its supported Goods Price Schedule.
  • Wait until all Goods BOQ rows and fields have finished loading.
  • Confirm every required row already exists on the e-GP page.
  • Plan to capture and import against the same tender and form.
  • Keep an untouched copy of the exported workbook until the process is complete.
Do not begin on a different BidForm.jsp form.

Several e-GP bidder forms share the same URL path. Bidorix enables the workflow only after detecting the Goods Price Schedule structure.

INSTALL

Step 1 - Install the Extension

  1. Open the official Chrome Web Store listing.
  2. Select Add to Chrome.
  3. Review the requested permissions and select Add extension.
  4. Wait for Chrome to confirm installation.
  5. Optionally pin Bidorix Goods BOQ AutoFill to the browser toolbar.

OPEN GOODS BOQ

Step 2 - Open the Supported Goods Price Schedule

Open the correct bidder Goods Price Schedule in one of the supported Bangladesh e-GP environments.

The extension checks both the supported /tenderer/BidForm.jsp path and the expected Goods Price Schedule table headings before enabling Capture or AutoFill.

CAPTURE

Step 3 - Capture BOQ to Excel

  1. Open the extension while the supported Goods Price Schedule is active.
  2. Confirm the page-status banner reports that the Goods BOQ is ready.
  3. Review the Items Detected and Ready to Export counts.
  4. Select Capture BOQ to Excel.
  5. Save the downloaded workbook in a known location.

Keep columns A-F unchanged.

The extension compares those reference values with the current e-GP page. A changed Item No. or reference value can block matching and AutoFill.

  • Enter the bidder values only in columns G and H.
  • Use a valid numeric Unit Price in Figure without formulas.
  • Do not add duplicate Item No. values or more than 200 data rows.
  • Save the completed workbook before returning to Chrome.

IMPORT

Step 5 - Import Completed Excel

  1. Return to the same supported Goods Price Schedule page.
  2. Open the extension and select Import Completed Excel.
  3. Choose the completed .xlsx, .xls, or .csv file.
  4. Wait while Bidorix reads and validates the workbook locally.
  5. If necessary, use Change File to select the correct workbook.

The workbook is not uploaded to Bidorix. Import, validation, and matching happen in your browser.

VALIDATE AND MATCH

Step 6 - Review Validation and Record Matching

Open the three review panels before starting AutoFill:

Validation Summary

Review total, valid, corrected, warning, and error counts.

Record Matching

Confirm Excel Items, e-GP Items, Matched, Unmatched, and Reference Mismatches.

AutoFill Readiness

Confirm how many currently blank bidder fields are ready.

Tender Identity

Resolve any wrong-tender or wrong-form warning before continuing.

Item No.-based matching protects row alignment.

AutoFill is blocked for unmatched rows, duplicate items, reference mismatches, invalid prices, or a clearly different tender workbook.

AUTOFILL

Step 7 - AutoFill Blank Bidder Fields

When all blocking issues are resolved, select AutoFill Blank Bidder Fields and confirm the summary if confirmation is enabled.

AutoFill Blank Bidder Fields Existing bidder values and all reference fields remain unchanged.
While AutoFill is running, do not:
  • Refresh or close the Goods Price Schedule page.
  • Navigate to another tender.
  • Edit fields currently being processed.
  • Start a second AutoFill run.

You can use the available Pause/Resume or Stop controls when needed. Keep the page open until processing and verification finish.

CHECK RESULTS

Step 8 - Review Processing Results

Expand Processing Results and compare the summary with the actual Goods BOQ page.

Open the detailed lists for Autofilled by Bidorix, Calculated by e-GP, and any fields that could not be written. Never treat a warning or failure as completed work.

VERIFY CALCULATIONS

Step 9 - Review Values Calculated by e-GP

After Unit Price in Figure is entered, the e-GP System calculates the dependent values. Bidorix waits for and reports them, but does not calculate or write them.

Check every value on the live form.

If an e-GP calculation does not appear or a verification issue is reported, stop and resolve it manually before saving.

SAVE / SIGN / SUBMIT

Step 10 - Complete the e-GP Process Manually

  1. Review every Goods BOQ row and bidder value.
  2. Confirm all three e-GP-calculated fields are correct.
  3. Resolve unmatched, skipped, or verification issues.
  4. Save through the normal e-GP control only when satisfied.
  5. Sign, Encrypt, and Submit manually where applicable.

Warn Before AutoFill

Confirm the ready-field and matched-item summary before writing.

Highlight AutoFilled Fields

Visually identify fields changed during the run.

Close Popup After Success

Optionally close the popup after a successful result.

Show Validation Summary

Keep workbook validation details visible.

Floating Button

Show the supported page-level action and choose its position.

Theme

Choose Dark, Light, or System appearance.

Protect Existing Bidder Values is always on.

This safety rule cannot be disabled in Settings. Blank Excel cells never clear an existing e-GP value.

HELP CENTER

Troubleshooting

The Extension Does Not Detect the Page
  1. Confirm the Goods Price Schedule is open.
  2. Wait for the table to finish loading.
  3. Refresh the page once.
  4. Confirm the extension is enabled and current.
The Workbook Has Validation Errors

Open Validation Details, correct duplicate or missing Item No. values, invalid prices, unsupported formulas, or other reported errors, save the workbook, and import it again.

Records Are Unmatched

Confirm the workbook came from this same tender and form. Do not change Item No. or reference columns A-F.

A Reference Mismatch Is Reported

Capture a fresh workbook or restore the captured reference value. AutoFill remains blocked for mismatched rows.

No Blank Fields Are Ready

The matched bidder fields may already contain values or the workbook bidder cells may be blank. Existing e-GP values are intentionally protected.

e-GP Calculations Are Missing

Wait for the page calculation to complete and review the affected row. Bidorix does not create Unit Price in Words or Total Price values.

AutoFill Was Interrupted

Review the page and Processing Results before retrying. Existing values remain protected, but you must confirm which fields were completed.

Privacy by Design

Your Goods BOQ workflow remains on your device.

  • No personal information or credentials are collected.
  • No tender data, pricing, or workbook is transmitted to Bidorix.
  • No analytics, telemetry, tracking, or advertising is used.
  • No remote code is executed.
  • Capture, import, validation, matching, and AutoFill run locally.

Chrome storage retains local preferences and temporary in-progress workflow state. It is not used to send your data to Bidorix.
