What is Bidorix.com?
Bidorix.com is a procurement technology and guidance platform
for Bangladesh's public procurement community. It combines
tender discovery, e-GP guidance, procurement Q&A, and
professional assistance in one workspace.
Who can use Bidorix?
Bidders and tenderers, government procuring entities, bank
users, procurement experts, consultants and service
providers, new e-GP users, and businesses exploring public
procurement can all use the platform.
Is Bidorix only for bidders?
No. While bidders and tenderers make up a large part of our
users, Bidorix also supports government users, bank users,
consultants, and other procurement stakeholders.
Does Bidorix replace the official e-GP system?
No. Bidorix does not replace the official e-GP portal.
Official tender submissions, evaluations, and transactions
remain on the e-GP system. Bidorix helps you discover,
understand, and prepare for that process.
Are all Bidorix services free?
Many services, including live tender search, procurement
Q&A, and general guidance, are free. Some professional
assistance requests may involve a paid service, and this is
always confirmed with you before any paid work begins.
Can Bidorix guarantee tender success?
No. Bidorix helps you prepare with better information and
guidance, but it cannot guarantee tender outcomes. Evaluation
and award decisions are made solely by the procuring entity.
How can I request professional assistance?
Visit the Request Professional Assistance page, select the
category that matches your need, and submit your request. Our
team reviews it and follows up through your preferred contact
method.
Do I need an account to use the platform?
No. You can browse live tenders, read guidance, and submit an
assistance request as a guest. Creating a free account lets
you save tenders, set discovery preferences, and track your
requests from a dashboard.
How does Bidorix protect user information?
We collect only the information needed to review and resolve
a request, avoid asking for sensitive credentials such as
passwords or OTP codes, and moderate community content to
keep the platform respectful and reliable.
