Eligibility criteria

1. Up-to-date Trade License. 2. Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate. 3. Valid VAT Registration Certificate Up to date 13 digit BIN. 4. The bidder must submit a bank statement and have a minimum of 01 (one) crore taka. (Note: Must be submitted between the publication date and the opening date). 5. Must have experience in supplying ration materials to the police department. 6. A certificate stating that you are not blacklisted must be submitted. 7. the bidder must have successfully completed at least 01 (one) similar contract for supply of ration items under Bangladesh Police Department. The total value of the completed contract must be at least 01(one) Crore taka. 8. The tenderer must have a minimum financial capacity of BDT =90 (Ninty) Lac, which is sufficient to undertake the required supply. 9.Tenderer must submit a 2 liter sample on the opening date before the opening time. 10.The tender will follow PPR 2025.
