1.Up-to-date Trade License. 2.Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate. 3.Up to date Valid VAT Registration Certificate With 13 digit BIN. 4. The bidder must submit a bank statement and have a minimum of 80 (Eighty) Lakh. (Note: Must be submitted between the publication date and the opening date) 5. A certificate stating that you are not blacklisted must be submitted. 6. Must have experience in supplying ration materials to the police department. 7. the bidder must have successfully completed at least 1 (one) similar contract for supply of ration items any units of bangladesh police. The total value of the completed contract must be at least 70 (Seventy) lakh. 8. The tenderer must have a minimum financial capacity of BDT =70 (Seventy) lakh, which is sufficient to undertake the required supply. 9.
