Eligibility criteria

1. Up-to-date Trade License. 2. Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate. 3. Up-to-date Valid VAT Registration Certificate With 13 digit BIN. 4. A certificate stating that you are not blacklisted must be submitted. 5. The tenderer must submit a Bank Statement Document showing that they have a minimum liquid asset of BDT=12 (Twelve) Lac. (N.B: Liquid Asset Document must be in between Publication Date and Opening Date). 6. Must have 01 (One) Quarter of experience in supplying ration materials to to any units of bangladesh police. 7. the bidder must have successfully completed at least 01 (one) similar contract for supply of ration items to any units of bangladesh police. 8. The tenderer must have a minimum financial capacity of BDT =10 (Ten) Lac, which is sufficient to undertake the required supply. 9. The tender will follow PPR 2025.
