Eligibility criteria
As per TDS The Tenderer Shall Submit samples of all items to the office of the press manager, Islamic Foundation Press as specified in Technical Specifications and Compliance of goods and related Services (Form e-PG3-5) before 04:00 PM on 24 september, 2026 A Tenderer debarred by any Government agency shall be considered ineligible to participate in this tender. If any false, forged, or fraudulent document is submitted, the Tenderer shall be debarred from participation in the tender process and/or subject to action as per applicable rules. Failure to submit the required sample within the specified time shall render the tender non-responsive. No raw materials shall be accepted unless they strictly conform to the approved samples.
