Eligibility criteria

As per TDS; The tenderer shall demonstrate its willingness to supply roll-fed white offset Printing paper in phases over a period of four (4) months, with a maximum supply up to 50 (fifty) Metric Ton per week. The tenderer shall agree to receive payment in two installments. In the first installment, 40% of the value of the total goods received shall be paid upon receipt of 50% of the total goods, subject to certification by the Acceptance Committee. The remaining balance shall be paid after the supply and acceptance of the remaining goods in the second installment. The Tenderer shall submit the samples of Roll-fed white offset Printing Paper, along with test reports issued by BCSIR, Dhaka, Bangladesh, for the offered samples, to the Office of the Press Manager, Islamic Foundation Press, as specified in the Technical Specification and Compliance of Goods and Related Services Form (Form e-PG3-5) before 04:00 PM on 01 October, 2026; The tenderer shall conduct a minimum of three sample te…
