Eligibility criteria
As per TDS; The Tenderer shall submit samples of all items of white offset Printing Paper, along with test reports issued by BCSIR, Dhaka, Bangladesh, for the offered samples, to the Office of the Press Manager, Islamic Foundation Press, as specified in the Technical Specification and Compliance of Goods and Related Services Form (Form e-PG3-5) before 04:00 PM on 24 September, 2026; Failure to submit the required sample within the specified time shall render the tender non-responsive; No items shall be accepted unless they strictly conform to the approved samples. A Tenderer debarred by any Government agency shall be considered ineligible to participate in this tender; If any false, forged, or fraudulent document is submitted, the Tenderer shall be debarred from participation in the tender process and/or subject to action as per applicable rules.
