1. NID Card of Tenderer/Supplier. 2. Related & updated Trade License of 2026-2027 FY. 3. Tin Certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate for 2025-2026 FY. 4. Updated VAT registration Certificate. 5. Sample Signature on the pad of Tenderar's own organization 6. Ownership Affidavit on 300 Taka Non-judicial Stamp 7. One copy of recent passport size color photograph. 8. Line of credit (LOR) of Tk 1(one) Crore. 9. Bank statment of last 3 months with consecutive transaction and the total transaction should not be less than Tk 1(one) Crore. 10. General experience of 3 years in supply of goods and related services and specific experience should not be less than Tk 1 (one) crore in supply of similar goods in last 3 years. 11.
