Eligibility criteria

1. up-to-date Valid Trade License. 2. up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate. 3. up-to-date 13-digit BIN. 4. Bank Statement showing a minimum balance of BDT 50 Lakh. (must be issued between the Publication Date and the Tender Opening Date.) 5. A certificate stating that you are not blacklisted must be submitted. 6. The Tenderer shall submit the Ownership Certificate of the contracting firm. 7. Up-to-date Labor License from the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE). 8. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 years of general experience in providing manpower through the outsourcing system. 9. The Tenderer shall have specific experience as a Prime Contractor in successfully completing at least 01 contract of similar nature for providing manpower through the outsourcing system under Bangladesh Police Units within the last 03 years, with a contract value of at least BDT 50 Lakh. 10.
