Eligibility criteria
1. Tenderers must have a valid and up-to-date Trade License, latest Income Tax Certificate, valid e-TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, Nationality Certificate, and Authorization Letter. 2. The Tenderer shall possess the legal capacity to enter into the Contract in accordance with applicable law. 3. The Tenderer must have experience in successfully completing at least 1 (one) similar Clarifier Mud Cleaning/Sweeping work in BPDB within the last 3 (three) years; otherwise, the tender shall be treated as non-responsive. 4. Tenderers must comply with all requirements specified in the TDS and PCC. 5.Tenderers must submit a written commitment that they are committed to work at any time the purchaser wants. 6. The Tenderer must submit an End User Certificate as proof of similar work experience; otherwise, the tender shall be treated as non-responsive. 7.
