Eligibility criteria
1. Tenderers must have a valid and up-to-date Trade License, latest Income Tax Certificate, valid e-TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, Nationality Certificate, and Authorization Letter. 2. The Tenderer shall possess the legal capacity to enter into the Contract in accordance with applicable law. 3. The Tenderer must possess a valid Chemical Import License or a Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate / Agency Agreement from an authentic chemical manufacturer. 4. Tenderers must have at least 01 (one) year of experience in supplying Hydrochloric Acid to BPDB; otherwise, the tender will be non-responsive. 5. Tenderers must submit a 01 (one) liter sample in a suitable packet, jar, or bottle to the Office of the Chief Chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj, by 21/09/2026 at 5:00 PM to fulfill the requirements of the technical specifications; otherwise, the tenderer will be non-responsive. 6.
