Eligibility criteria
1. Tenderers must have a valid and up-to-date Trade License, latest Income Tax Certificate, valid e-TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, Nationality Certificate, and Authorization Letter. 2. The Tenderer must possess a valid Chemical Import License or a Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate / Agency Agreement from an authentic chemical manufacturer. 3. The Tenderer must have at least 01 (one) successful supply experience of Boiler Water Treatment / Essential Power Plant Chemicals—including Hydrazine, Ammonia, Morpholine, Polyacrylamide (PAM), Potassium Hydroxide—within the last 03 (three) years in BPDB; otherwise, the tender shall be treated as non-responsive. 4. Tenderers must submit a 1000g or 01 (one) liter each sample in a suitable packet, jar, or bottle to the Office of the Chief Chemist, Bibiyana-3, 400 MW CCPP, Habiganj, by 30/09/2026 at 5:00 PM to fulfill the requirements of the technical specifications; otherwise, the tenderer will be n…
