Eligibility criteria
1. Tenderers must have a valid and up-to-date Trade License, latest Income Tax Certificate, valid e-TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate, Nationality Certificate, and Authorization Letter. 2.The Tenderer shall possess the legal capacity to enter into the Contract in accordance with applicable law. 3.The Tenderer must have experience in successfully completing at least 1 (one) similar nature of work (i.e., Coal Tar Epoxy/Protective Chemical Coating/Paint Application on Clarifiers, Tanks, Filters, or other Structures) in BPDB within the last 3 (three) years; otherwise, the tender shall be treated as non-responsive. 4.
