Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant: Valid Trade License for FY 2026–2027. Valid Income Tax Return/Clearance Certificate and e-TIN Certificate. Valid and up-to-date VAT/BIN Registration Certificate. Latest Bank Solvency Certificate. Liquid Assets/Credit Facility as specified in the TDS and prescribed STD format. NID of the Proprietor/Authorized Person with one recent passport-size colour photograph.. Successful completion of at least 01 (one) contract for the supply of Polao Rice/Rice or similar food/ration items within the period and minimum contract value specified in the TDS. If the Tenderer is not the manufacturer/producer/authorized distributor, a valid Manufacturer/Supplier/Authorized Distributor’s Authorization shall be submitted, where applicable. Each Tenderer must submit 01 (one) kilogram of the offered Polao Rice as a sample in a properly sealed and labelled package to the Office of the Superintendent of Police, Gazipur, within the deadline specified in the Tender Document.…
