Eligibility criteria

1. The Tenderer shall be a citizen of Bangladesh or a firm/company legally registered in Bangladesh. 2. The Tenderer shall have at least 01 (one) year of general experience in providing loading, unloading, labour supply, or similar handling services, counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT. 3. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed at least 01 (one) similar contract for loading/unloading or labour supply services within the last 03 (three) years, supported by documentary evidence (work order/contract and completion/receiving certificate). 4. The Tenderer shall submit updated/valid: 5. (i) Trade License, 6. (ii) VAT Registration Certificate (BIN), 7. (iii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate (Assessment Year 2024–2025) / updated Tax certificate (as applicable). 8. The Tenderer shall have sufficient manpower capacity to perform the required services during the contract period.
