1. Updated copy of valid Trade License. 2. Updated Income Tax Clearance Certificate and e-TIN Certificate. 3. Updated VAT Registration Certificate (BIN). 4. Latest certified Bank Solvency Certificate and/or Line of Credit (LOC) in the prescribed PG2 Form, issued by any scheduled bank. 5. Bank statement for the last 03 (three) months. 6. Ownership certificate of the firm/company (where applicable). 7. Citizenship certificate and copy of National Identity Card (NID) of the proprietor/authorized representative. 8. Similar work experience of at least 01 (one) year and overall experience of at least 03 (three) years, supported by documentary evidence (work order/contract and completion/receiving certificates). 9.
